Our perfect candidate is high-energy, motivated, outgoing, and driven to succeed. At K&P, our Event Marketing team works in our local markets to introduce future customers to our brand & solutions.

Role Overview

K&P Remodeling is the most trusted name in home improvement. In addition to our own business, we are also a trusted partner to the most respected companies in the country, including The Home Depot and Costco.

Our Event Marketing team generates appointments for our local offices with future customers. Shifts will be scheduled in Home Depot and Costco stores, as well as various shows, events, fairs, and festivals.

Our best Event Marketing Team Members :

• Interact with our future customers to create interest in our solutions, and schedule an appointment for our Design Consultants to meet with them.
• Are process and results driven, working well as part of a team as well as individually
• Dependable, with reliable transportation

Role Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate future customers about our solutions
• A "disciple to our process" - knowing ultimate success comes from alignment to our proven lead generation training & strategies
