As a Recruiter at K&P Remodeling, you will play a key role in driving our continued growth by attracting and hiring top talent. Your focus will be on strengthening our recruiting efforts and building a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with leadership to identify hiring needs, engage high quality candidates, and support our goal of steady, strategic expansion. With direct access to experienced leaders and a clear growth path, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team and help us achieve our hiring goals.
